Bodyshop Painter

We are currently recruiting a Bodyshop Painter to repair cars which require non-structural refurbishment. In our paint shop we repair and refurbish for sales preparation and for service customers.

Key duties will include:

  • Painting and preparation
  • Cosmetic filling
  • Smart repairs

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in bodyshop repairs
  • Relevant qualification in bodyshop paint procedures
  • High standards imperative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Full and valid UK driving license

Porsche Service Advisor

Porsche Centre Chester are looking for an experienced automotive Service Advisor with recent Main Car Dealer experience to work within their busy Service department.

Your key responsibilities will involve dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department.

Key duties will include:

  • Advising on technical queries/issues
  • Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out
  • Informing customers of the progress of their vehicle
  • Sell customer repairs/parts and finalising the invoice on completion
  • Key performance measures will include customer satisfaction scores and feedback to the department
  • The ability to work independently in a busy, pressurised environment is essential
  • Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role

The successful applicant will be IT literate, have a full driving licence, be self-motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service and will enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the Service Department.

Candidates should have at least two years experience within the automotive industry, current or recent Main Dealer experience, a history of job stability, and live within a reasonable commute of Cheshire Oaks.

Porsche Sales Executive

We are currently seeking to recruit a highly professional and experienced Sales Executive. The candidate will be dynamic, highly motivated and driven.

As a Sales Executive, you will have a successful track record in a professional sales environment and will be able to demonstrate high standards in presentation and qualification. In return, you will be offered an outstanding remuneration package with great earning potential.

As an experienced Sales Executive within the automotive industry your role will involve prospecting to new and existing customers, qualifying, demonstrating and selling a luxury product and promoting the additional accessories, warranties, insurances and protection products on offer. You will be required to work to manufacturer standards and to meet set targets, ensuring that the customer experience is as expected from a prestige automotive brand.

Vehicle MOT Technician

We are looking to recruit an experienced MOT Technician to join our Service Department in Cheshire Oaks.

The successful candidate will fulfil the following criteria:

  • The knowledge to use modern diagnostic equipment
  • The ability to work to the highest quality standards
  • Great team player and communication skills
  • Maintain high standards of house-keeping
  • Prior experience of working to efficiency targets
  • A full UK driving license
  • Main dealer experience preferable but not essential
  • VOSA approved MOT tester
  • Time served or hold NVQ qualifications to Level 3
