At Porsche Centre Chester customers aren’t just customers, they are part of the family. From golf days to motor shows and even trips to Germany to take in the delights of the Nürburgring circuit, the customers at Porsche Centre Chester are provided with a wide range of events to enjoy.
We asked three customers for their thoughts on what Porsche means to them and what part customer service plays in their loyalty to Porsche.
Stewart Mills from Shropshire has been a customer at Porsche Centre Chester for more than 12 years, progressing through the 911 range and now driving a Cayenne S E-Hybrid. When asked how he would describe his relationship with Porsche Centre Chester, he said that the Centre is now "part of my life, both socially and professionally, and it’s fantastic to be able to call into the business and catch up with people who I’ve become great friends with."
Jackie Toop and her husband Graham have a Macan S Diesel, which they use as both an everyday vehicle and one that takes them away on holiday. When asked how important customer service is to them, Jackie commented, "We’ve been to many places to buy cars, but we’ve never had the level of service that we experience at Porsche Centre Chester. It’s second to none and because of how we’re treated as customers, we’re committed to the Porsche brand."
Nigel Graham from Cheshire, has been a customer at Porsche Centre Chester for almost a decade and is now driving his fourth 911. He is a familiar face in the business, often calling in for a coffee and catch up with people he now calls friends. The "excellent cars that provide superb performance and levels of comfort" attract Nigel to Porsche. Nigel has been on numerous events organised by the Centre including a visit to the Geneva Motor Show, two Germany drive-outs and he is booked onto the upcoming Frankfurt Motor Show trip with the Centre.
