On the weekend of 9 and 10 June, Porsche Centre Chester welcomed over 200 guests to our Sportscar Together Day Weekend in celebration of 70 years of Porsche. To mark the 70th birthday, events took place around the globe with sportscar drivers, enthusiasts and fans worldwide.
The full model range was on display as well as several classic Porsche models through the ages, including a Sport Classic and a 911 S from 1972. We also had a brand new 911 GT2 RS on display, kindly donated by a customer - for the event.
In addition to Porsche celebrating 70 years, the NHS also celebrates 70 years of service this year. To coincide with this celebration, the Walton Centre charity attended our event and hosted a competition for one lucky person to win a Cayenne for the weekend. The competition involved guests guessing how many balloons were inside a new Cayenne on display. Porsche Driving Consultants from the Porsche Driving Experience were also available to take guests on demonstration drives. Refreshments, including a complimentary barbeque, were available throughout the day.
Thank you to the guests that attended our celebration. If you have any enquiries, please contact the Centre on 0151 373 4899 and ask to speak to a member of the Sales Team.

*Data determined in accordance with the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP) as required by law. You can find more information on WLTP at www.porsche.com/wltp . For Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) range and Equivalent All Electric Range (EAER) figures are determined with the battery fully charged, using a combination of both battery power and fuel.
Values are provided for comparison only. To the extent that fuel and energy consumption or CO₂ values are given as ranges, these do not relate to a single, individual car and do not constitute part of the offer. Optional features and accessories can change relevant vehicle parameters such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics which may result in a change in fuel or energy consumption and CO₂ values. Vehicle loading, topography, weather and traffic conditions, as well as individual driving styles, can all affect the actual fuel consumption, energy consumption, electrical range, and CO₂ emissions of a car.
