At Porsche Centre Chester, we are open seven days a week.

Since re-opening our doors in May, we have made significant improvements to ensure that our customers and colleagues are kept as safe and comfortable as possible.  We have incorporated measures to enable us to adhere to social distancing guidelines, including the addition of perspex screens on desks and a full complement of extra cleaning protocols.

Our sales department is open seven days a week and our aftersales department is open Monday to Saturday.  We always have atleast one Porsche Pro onsite who is available to answer any of your sales or aftersales queries any day of the week.

Aftersales

Our impressive Aftersales facility includes both Service and Parts across two on-site workshops, all operated by our established team of ten Porsche-trained Technicians and two Workshop Controllers.

Many of our Porsche-trained Technicians have decades of experience, and their passion and knowledge for the brand across all models and eras is invaluable. We are proud to include two Porsche Gold level Technicians in our team.

We offer a collection and delivery service, so our Service customers have the option to have their car collected from their house or place of work and returned to them upon completion. 

Our Aftersales team are available from Monday to Saturday and, thanks to our team of Porsche Pros, we have someone available seven days a week to help you book your car in or ask for advice.

Sales

Since reopening our Sales department in June, we have been busier than ever.  We are fortunate to have two showrooms at Porsche Centre Chester, one for new cars and the other dedicated to our impressive range of Porsche Approved Pre-Owned models. 

Earlier in the year we welcomed Greg Pittman, Porsche Approved Pre-Owned Sales Manager, to the Centre. Greg has a passion for sourcing high specification and unique cars, so we have an impressive line-up of Porsche models at the Centre.

We have been hugely excited to welcome the new Porsche Taycan, the first fully electric sportscar from Porsche. We have two Taycan demonstrators on site, complete with chargers and a substation, and they are now available for demonstration drives.
