Following the recent announcement from the government with regards to a re-introduction of restrictions, please note that at Porsche Centre Chester we are still open, but operating in a slightly different way.
Sales Department
Whilst we are currently unable to facilitate face-to-face sales appointments, our team are fully digital, and are available via email, telephone and social media. In addition, our sales team are now set up to offer video appointments online with customers and can also prepare personalised video walk-arounds.
Collection of vehicles will be permitted during the closure period, and our sales team are available to discuss the process for collection. We are now able to offer a ‘click and collect’ service for both new and Porsche Approved Pre-Owned cars, and in addition we are also offering complimentary nationwide delivery.
Aftersales Department
Our Aftersales departments will remain operational, following the same Covid-safe practices which have been in place for many months now. Any pre-booked Aftersales bookings are still valid. Vehicle service, repair & MOT bookings will continue to operate by appointment only, and parts can be reserved over the telephone for postage or collection.
Our team are still taking bookings for future work too so please get in touch if you would like to book your Porsche in for any aftersales work.
Please call our team on 0151 373 4899 or email us and we will be happy to assist with any of your enquiries.

*Data determined in accordance with the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP) as required by law. You can find more information on WLTP at www.porsche.com/wltp . For Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) range and Equivalent All Electric Range (EAER) figures are determined with the battery fully charged, using a combination of both battery power and fuel.
Values are provided for comparison only. To the extent that fuel and energy consumption or CO₂ values are given as ranges, these do not relate to a single, individual car and do not constitute part of the offer. Optional features and accessories can change relevant vehicle parameters such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics which may result in a change in fuel or energy consumption and CO₂ values. Vehicle loading, topography, weather and traffic conditions, as well as individual driving styles, can all affect the actual fuel consumption, energy consumption, electrical range, and CO₂ emissions of a car.
