On Wednesday 20 July, we hosted a special driving day for a selection of our customers at the Porsche Experience Centre.
The Porsche Experience Centre is a driver development facility based at Silverstone, aimed to give both Porsche owners and enthusiasts the opportunity to attain new skills in various Porsche models on a variety of tracks. Under the expert guidance of some of the country’s most highly qualified and experienced driving consultants, guests can experience driving on tracks that emulate different driving environments including wet and dry conditions, as well as driving surfaces simulating ice and snow.
Our team at Porsche Centre Chester reserved the afternoon exclusively for our customers at the Experience Centre, and welcomed 26 customers who collectively drove a variety of cars on track including variations of the Taycan such as the Sport Turismo and Cross Turismo models, variants of the 911 including the Turbo S, Targa and 4S models, as well as Cayenne, Macan and Panamera models too. Customers that attended this event had new cars on order with us, and this was an opportunity for them to enjoy their future vehicle of choice out on track.
When purchasing any new Porsche model, a customer will receive the very special invitation to experience their future vehicle of choice at the Experience Centre. This will be a vehicle similar to the car that they have ordered which allows customers to gain further insight into the performance of their future Porsche, and more importantly allows them to consider what specification they believe will be important to them further down the line. We would always recommend customers using their invitation before they have finalised their specification, as time behind the wheel at the Experience Centre can help customers to realise what vehicle options they are really going to benefit from.
Upon entering the Porsche Experience Centre, visitors are welcomed by a display of current, historic and racing Porsche vehicles. Amongst a variety of vehicles, the most powerful 718 production vehicle to date was in a prominent position: the GT4RS. We very much look forward to receiving our allocation of this vehicle in the final quarter of the year.
The team from Porsche Centre Chester enjoyed spending an afternoon with customers at this fantastic facility. For further information about the Porsche Experience Centre, please contact a member of the team at Porsche Centre Chester by calling 0151 373 4899 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
*Data determined in accordance with the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP) as required by law. You can find more information on WLTP at www.porsche.com/wltp . For Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) range and Equivalent All Electric Range (EAER) figures are determined with the battery fully charged, using a combination of both battery power and fuel.
Values are provided for comparison only. To the extent that fuel and energy consumption or CO₂ values are given as ranges, these do not relate to a single, individual car and do not constitute part of the offer. Optional features and accessories can change relevant vehicle parameters such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics which may result in a change in fuel or energy consumption and CO₂ values. Vehicle loading, topography, weather and traffic conditions, as well as individual driving styles, can all affect the actual fuel consumption, energy consumption, electrical range, and CO₂ emissions of a car.
