Last weekend, Porsche Centre Chester was delighted to support Car Fest; the UK’s biggest family fundraising festival.
Bringing together fast cars, live music, food demonstrations, wellness activities, celebrity line-ups, and so much more, Car Fest has tens of thousands of visitors per day. Car Fest North is hosted at Bolesworth Estate, Cheshire, which is at the heart of a 6,500 acre estate.
Porsche Centre Chester took part in the ‘Ride and Drive’ event which saw jockeys and their horses complete a timed show jumping activity before jumping into our brand new Porsche Macan GTS demonstrator where they were once again competing against fellow jockeys to make it around the course in the fastest time.
Why the Porsche Macan for the ride and drive challenge? The car is fast, sounds impressive and delivers the premium luxury brand experience that you would expect from a Porsche.
The Macan GTS takes inspiration from its motorsport roots with a powerful engine, performance-oriented chassis and distinctive new design. The GTS has a 2.9 litre twin-turbo V6 engine and unleashes a relentless performance.
Porsche Centre Chester is hoping to support Car Fest again next year where we would love to take along some of our customers to experience the incredible atmosphere of this festival.

*Data determined in accordance with the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP) as required by law. You can find more information on WLTP at www.porsche.com/wltp . For Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) range and Equivalent All Electric Range (EAER) figures are determined with the battery fully charged, using a combination of both battery power and fuel.
Values are provided for comparison only. To the extent that fuel and energy consumption or CO₂ values are given as ranges, these do not relate to a single, individual car and do not constitute part of the offer. Optional features and accessories can change relevant vehicle parameters such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics which may result in a change in fuel or energy consumption and CO₂ values. Vehicle loading, topography, weather and traffic conditions, as well as individual driving styles, can all affect the actual fuel consumption, energy consumption, electrical range, and CO₂ emissions of a car.
